About us
Site Group (ASX: SIT) provides training courses to global companies in the resources, construction, services and industrial sectors. The company is being recapitalised to pursue a number of growth opportunities with a goal to return to and exceed its pre-Covid revenue of $31 million.
Back from the brink
Site is a striking example of how Covid can decimate a thriving Australian business, with the share price dropping by over 95% since February 2020 to a market cap of less than $4 million in March 2023. However, such situations can offer an opportunity to investors to capitalise on a recovery, with the Site team seeing the business on track to meet and surpass their previous milestones within the next couple of years.

Bolstered by commercial land holding
On top of its training business, Site owns a 38.4% interest in a 30 hectare leasehold in Clark, the Philippines, which is currently attracting major investment in a drive to diversify the country’s infrastructure away from Manila. The Site team is now working on this rezoning as the key catalyst to realising value through development or a sale.
Market update on the back of recent placement
Site recently provided a comprehensive market update when it kicked off its recapitalisation with a $750,000 placement to existing and new wholesale investors.
